UAV / Drone

I bring the same considered approach to aerial photography as ground based work. Drone photography isn't always about flying as high as possible. Often the best shots come from lower perspectives that simply can't be accessed from the ground, revealing how buildings relate to their surroundings in ways that would otherwise be impossible to capture.

This is particularly useful for showing construction progress, documenting site context for planning applications, or capturing the relationship between building and landscape. They also provide views of facades, roofs, plant and masterplans while maintaining the careful attention to composition and light in my traditional architectural photography.
